Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur with the carrier.

Here are our estimated transit times once your order has been processed and dispatched:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking link will typically become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change or update your shipping address, please notify us immediately at [contacto@purekitten.com]. Address changes can only be accommodated if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the package.
